Now, more than ever this great community needs strong leadership to get us through these tough times. I write you today as a concerned Veteran and longtime resident of Orange County. I don’t have to tell you the issues we face as we move towards the future. Challenges concerning the budget, transportation, and the environment will be in the minds of voters as they cast they’re ballots. Will you be the candidate they choose? The elections of 2008 energized the young voters of this country like none that came before it. Pop culture and networking websites reminded them that they were as big of a part of the democratic process as anyone. It was they’re votes that made the difference in dozens of races all over the country. It’s time to bring that same energy to the state and local level as well.
