Tyreek Hill, once one of the biggest big play receivers in football, is dealing with a lot, as the Miami Dolphins host the New England Patriots, after a disastrous season opening loss against the Indianapolis Colts, that set head coach Mike McaDaniel’s coaching seat on fire, while also rekindling trade rumors for the embattled WR.

Hill must rebound soon: Or else teams won’t even want to trade for him. While there were rumors that the Chiefs and Steelers were interested, even those strongly led teams won’t take him on if he’s not healthy and producing.

His recovery is tied to Tua’s: Tua Tagovailoa also had a dreadful week, and he might be playing for his future as well this season. This might not be a negative point for Tyreek though, when his play caller needs to impress as well.

But Jaylen Waddle also has to get fed: Hill might not even be the Fantasy Football WR1 on his own team, with a much more stable Jaylen Waddle also looking to rebound.

Then there are the abuse allegations: Hill says he’s focused on football despite the domestic abuse allegations that surfaced this week. He can say it, but owners need him to prove it.

Bottom Line: Owners would love the get their big home run hitter back. I think NFL fans would too. But until he gives us something to demonstrate he’s shifting course, we can’t follow him right now.
