Fantasy Football: All Signals Are “Go” For James Cook vs. Dolphins
The Miami Dolphins will be in Western New York on Thursday night to take on the Buffalo Bills, in a tale of two AFC East teams going in opposite directions. All of your strong Bills players should be in the line up. The Dolphins defense hasn’t been able to stop anyone so far this season, giving up 66 points in the last two games.
Especially James Cook: Cook has three touchdowns in two games, and averaging just over 5 yards a carry. There is no reason that can’t continue this week.
Josh Allen is a little banged up: And will wear a visor. The reigning MvP might start feeling a little froggy, but he’ll make sure Cook gets his carries. And heaven forbid something happens, Mitchel Trubisky will need Cook even more.
The Buffalo defense will dictate the tempo: The Dolphins still have some home run hitters in Jaylen Waddle and Tyreek Hill. If they do get going early and the Bills have to play from behind, that could slow down Cook.
Bottom Line: Cook should still be in your starting lineup on Thursday night. And the foreseeable future with the next Bills loss potentially coming as late as November when they play the Chiefs.
What do you think? Do you have James Cook in your line up?
