Last week, Dancing With The Stars shocked viewers by sending home Scott Hoying and Rylee Arnold on “Wicked” night, where the judges were feeling especially generous with higher scores.

But the headline was that Andy Richter and Emma Slater live to fight another day.

Hidden Andy supporters let themselves really become seen, with the top trending #DWTS hashtag illustrating that voters would rather watch someone they like longer, than the actual better dancer.

Now, many would argue that Scott was indeed the worst dancer last week. Those last two words mean something. “Last week”.

But the truth is that you could argue that Andy Richter could have gone home in week one. Even he’s mentioned it.

Still, here we are. We’re speeding towards Halloween and Andy is still here.

And now that we’re here, you have to wonder…

Who else will have to go home because viewers are picking Andy out of either spite (ala Hilaria Baldwin), or because they just want to see the show slip into chaos, like some kind of Carrie Ann Inaba coded Joker who just “wants to see the world burn”?

Yeah, Hilaria was disliked and Scott never really found his groove, but there are no more easy eliminations left.

This week it could be..

Elaine Hendrix that gets sent home. This because being only 3 years younger than Andy, the physical strain might finally be taking its toll.

Maybe it’s Jen Affleck (my personal favorite), who despite turning in some great performances has kind of lost her plot armor with the “Mormon Wives” already introduced to a new audience, and Frankie Taylor Paul’s Bachelorette still on the way.

Or possibly Dylan Efron, who despite leveling up a couple of times, still isn’t on that upper tier. It’s way too early for Daniella to go home. But when you look at this group of pros, you could say the same for any of them.

Andy Richter fans have to ask themselves what kind of experience they want for the rest of the season in what has been a surprisingly enjoyable field of celebrities up to this point.
