Fantasy Football: Breece Hall Only Proven Jets RB Against Bucs

The New York Jets are in a tough spot. They are 0-2 heading into Tampa Bay where Baker Mayfield is playing out of his mind, and the Bucs have flipped numbers in the standings. New York will also be without Justin Fields this weekend, with the QB currently undergoing concussion protocol.

Breece Hall: Is the only reputable running back on the field for the New York Jets on Sunday. Brandon Allen and Isaiah Davis have less than 50 yards combined in the first two games.

They’ll also need Hall out of the backfield: Where he trails only Garrett Wilson in receiving yards.

Hall doesn’t have huge numbers: But where else will Tyrod Taylor go? Justin Fields had two rushing TDs on his own before getting hurt. Taylor is also mobile but older.

It still won’t be easy: The Bucs haven’t let a rusher get more than 60 yards on them. That includes keeping Bijan Robinson mostly quiet in week one after a quick score.

Bottom Line: If you’re looking for a spark, and are tired of your existing RBs not getting enough carries, then you could do worst with Hall. The Jets don’t want to be 0-3.
