The Chicago Bears head to Detroit to take on the Lions, and while the storyline will be Ben Johnson leading Caleb Williams and company into town to take on his former team, Fantasy Owners will be looking to learn something about one of their biggest question marks at running back:

D’Andre Swift: Didn’t do much against the Minnesota in their season opening loss with only 53 yards, but the workload was his with 17 carries. They’ll need more from him this week. Swift too was once also a Lion.

He’ll be needed to relieve the pressure on Caleb Williams: Williams was the toast of the league for about 45 minutes in the first half against the Vikings before he regressed in the second frame. He’ll need Swift to pick up those tough conversions and keep the Detroit D honest.

There really isn’t anyone else: You can’t name another Bears running back. Can you? Kyle Monagai is listed next on the depth chart but he’s been invisible.

The Lions: Only gave up 66 yards to Josh Jacobs in the season opener but they did let him sneak in the end zone for a score.

Bottom Line: Play Swift if you got him. But we’re going to learn a lot more about his play and the Chicago offense on Sunday.
